ASHNA/ASHNA International Youth Association (AIYA) Fundraising & Budget Planning:

The financial year starts on 1st of January and ends on 31st of December;

  • The Board will submit the accounts for the elapsed financial year and the budget for the next financial year to be approved by the General Director;
  • The AIYA has its own budget approved by the General Director on a proposal from the Board and after advice from the Financial Control Commission,
  • The accounts of the AIYA are controlled by Administration Director;

The Fundraising Policy:

  • Membership fees;
  • Contribution of members organizations or individuals;
  • Sponsorship;
  • Grants;
  • Subsidies and aids.

 

  • The account system is double entry, double book keeping and opens to Donor and auditors, Monthly financial statement shall be submitted to the Operational Director.
  • Board of leadership has the authority of auditing and receiving financial reports.
  • Working hours are Saturday to Thursday, eight hours per day
  • Field workers and guards will work more than that which the management will determine.
  • Overtime will be paid only after approval of Administration Director in special and emergency circumstances.
  • Vacations will be two days per month and staff in probationary period cannot receive this benefit.
  • Sick leaves: When an employee is sick after submitting the medical doctor certification, the sickness days will be paid by AIYA.
