AIYA recognizes the importance of effective management, Decisive management, coupled with clear communication and critical to conduct successful operations in development of projects, AIYA has the capacity to effectively manage project of significant magnitude while providing effective line management system to improve and develop the project which includes ASHNA Model International United Nations (ASHNAIMUN), ASHNA International Youth Volunteers (AIYV), National Youth Awards (NYA), National Youth Parliament (NYP) and Global Youth Opportunities.

AIYA operational management staff are national and international experts which plan and program for development of youth in Inside Afghanistan, India, Nigeria and Yemen, The management policy of AIYA stand similar in all operational countries, The AIYA operational management bring youth and professional to work together in development and sustainable peace around the world.

 

Project Management:

ASHNA International Youth Association (AIYA) Project Management Team:

According to the specification of the project the progress will be completed by the standard work of the United Nations, International Community and Afghan Government role and regulations. AIYA has the full capacity to organize the following steps toward successful completion of the tasks. Project management of professionals and experts included of Project Managers, Supervisors, Planners, schedulers, Monitors, Administrators will pay a much closer attention to produce best quality program to the donors and AIYA committee.

The purpose of AIYA toward project management is beneficiary and economy, since AIYA has built the operational staff which includes General Secretary, General Assembly, Committees and Operational Staff to implement projects according to the timeline, while in develop countries each project implemented with new scheduled staff, technical plan and budget plan, The AIYA has the capacity to perform all programs under less budget to be spend it for all programs at the same schedule, same planned budget.
